I think fire drills are pointless. at least the ones that i've experienced. they let you know that there'll be one beforehand. if there's a REAL fire i would have grabbed my laptop+camera+handphone+mp3 player+my books and assignments and beauty and the beast puzzle. so would the rest of the people. so obviously that would take much more time then a FAKE fire. designated routes are stupid. what if the fire happens within the route? singaporeans love sticking to rules and law so much, they'd probably run through the fire cos the instruction says you must walk through corridor B briskly, while the foreign students will look for alternative routes and escape unscathed.

Being in a relationship is strange. it's like a working on a long term project. it brings about highs and lows. when you are at your highest you feel like there would never be a low. but when you are low you start to think whether the highs are merely illusions.
